Abstract:
Effectivegovernanceofsupplynetworksiscrucialformanufacturingenterprisestoenhancetheircompetitivenessandachievesustainablegrowth.Thispaperaimstoanalyzethegametheorybehindtheselectionofgovernancestrategiesinmanufacturingenterprisesupplynetworks.Byexaminingdifferentplayers,theirinterests,andthepotentialoutcomesofdifferentstrategies,thisstudyprovidesinsightsintohowmanufacturingenterprisescanmakeinformeddecisionsinthecomplexanddynamicbusinessenvironment.Thefindingshighlighttheimportanceofaligninginterests,fosteringcollaboration,andadaptinggovernancestrategiesbasedonthespecificcharacteristicsofthesupplynetwork.
