Inthispaper,weproposeanovelapproachforspectralunmixingofhyperspectralimagesusingadual-constraintdeepconvolutionalnetwork.Theproposedmethodintegratestheadvantagesofdeeplearningtechniquesandspectralunmixingalgorithmstoimprovetheaccuracyandefficiencyofspectralunmixing. 1.Introduction Spectralunmixinghasbeenawell-studiedproblemintheremotesensingcommunity.Traditionalmethodsinvolveusinglinearornonlinearmodelstoestimatetheendmemberspectraandabundancefractions.However,thesemethodsoftensufferfromlimitationslikeassumingpureendmembersandGaussiannoise,whichmaynotholdinreal-worldscenarios.Deeplearningtechniques,ontheotherhand,haveshownremarkablesuccessinvariouscomputervisiontasks,includingimagesegmentationandrecognition.Webelievethatemployingdeeplearningapproachescanbenefitspectralunmixingaswell. 2.Dual-ConstraintDeepConvolutionalNetwork Theproposedmethodutilizesadual-constraintdeepconvolutionalnetwork(DCDCN)thattakesadvantageofbothspatialandspectralinformationinhyperspectralimages.TheDCDCNconsistsofmultipleconvolutionalandpoolinglayersfollowedbyfullyconnectedlayers.Thenetworkistrainedusinglabeleddatawithknownendmemberspectraandtheircorrespondingabundancemaps.Thenetworklearnstoextractdiscriminativefeaturesfromthespectralandspatialdimensionsoftheinputdata,enablingaccuratespectralunmixing. 3.TrainingProcedure WedescribethetrainingprocedurefortheDCDCN,includingthedatapreparation,n
