响应曲面法优化废电路板浸金工艺参数试验研究 Title:ResponseSurfaceMethodologyforOptimizationofGoldPlatingProcessParametersinWastePrintedCircuitBoards Abstract: Wasteprintedcircuitboards(PCBs)containvaluablemetals,includinggold,silver,andcopper,whichcanberecoveredthrougheffectiverecyclingprocesses.Amongthesemetals,goldisofparticularvalueduetoitshighmarketdemandandlimitedsupply.ThegoldplatingprocessisacrucialstepintherecoveryofgoldfromwastePCBs.Thisstudyaimstoinvestigateandoptimizethegoldplatingprocessparametersusingtheresponsesurfacemethodology(RSM)inordertomaximizetherecoveryefficiencyofgoldfromwastePCBs. 1.Introduction Therapidadvancementoftechnologyhasledtoanincreaseinthegenerationofelectronicwaste,includingPCBs.TheimproperdisposalofthesewastePCBsnotonlyposesenvironmentalchallengesbutalsoresultsinthelossofvaluableresources.Recyclingprocesses,suchasgoldplating,offerasustainablesolutionfortherecoveryofpreciousmetalsfromwastePCBs.However,optimizingthegoldplatingprocessparametersisessentialtoimprovetheefficiencyofgoldrecovery. 2.GoldPlatingProcessParameters Thegoldplatingprocessinvolvesseveralparametersthatcansignificantlyinfluencethegoldrecoveryefficiency.Theseparametersincludetheconcentrationofgoldchloridesolution,pHofthesolution,temperature,platingtime,andcurrentdensity.EachparameteraffectsthedepositionofgoldonthesurfaceofthePCBs.Understandingtheeffectsoftheseparametersandtheirinteractionsiscrucialforoptimizingthegoldplatingprocess. 3.ResponseSurfaceMethodology ResponseSurfaceMethodology(RSM)isastatisticaltechniqueusedtomodelandoptimizetherelationshipbetweenindependentvariables(processparameters)andtheresponse(goldrecoveryefficiency).RSMemploysmathematicalmodelstodescribethebehaviorofthedependentvariablebasedontheindependentvariables.ByusingRSM,theoptimalcombinationofprocessparameterscanbedeterminedtoachievethehighestgoldrecoveryefficiency. 4.ExperimentalDesign AseriesofexperimentswithdifferentcombinationsofprocessparameterswillbeconductedtoobtainthedatarequiredfortheRSManalysis.Thecentr
