Thesynchronizertoothsleeveisanimportantcomponentofthetransmissionsystem,anditsverticalityhasagreatimpactonthetransmissionperformance.Inordertoensurethestableandreliableoperationofthetransmissionsystem,itisnecessarytoaccuratelydetecttheverticalityofthesynchronizertoothsleeve.Inthispaper,amethodfordetectingtheverticalityofthesynchronizertoothsleeveandthedevelopmentofanonlineinspectionjigarediscussed.Acomparisonbetweenthetraditionaldetectionmethodsandtheproposedmethodisconducted,andtheadvantagesanddisadvantagesofeachmethodareanalyzed.Theonlineinspectionjigdevelopedinthispapercaneffectivelyimprovethedetectionaccuracy,efficiency,andreducelaborcosts,showinggreatpotentialinpracticalapplications.
