四层PCB板中20H规则的辐射分析 Title:RadiatedEmissionAnalysisof20HRuleinFour-LayerPCBs Abstract: Thispaperpresentsacomprehensiveanalysisoftheradiatedemissionissuesrelatedtothe20Hruleinfour-layerprintedcircuitboard(PCB)designs.The20Hruleemphasizestheneedforproperspacingbetweentracestominimizeunwantedelectromagneticradiation.Themaingoalofthisstudyistoinvestigatetheeffectivenessofthe20Hruleinreducingradiatedemissionsandtoproposepotentialsolutionstoimprovethedesignandperformanceoffour-layerPCBs. 1.Introduction: Withtheincreasinguseofelectronicdevicesinvariousapplications,radiatedemissionhasbecomeamajorconcerninPCBdesign.Unwantedelectromagneticradiationcancauseinterferencewithnearbyelectronicdevices,leadingtoreducedsystemperformanceandreliability.The20Hrule,whichstatesthatthespacingbetweentracesshouldbeequaltoorgreaterthan20timesthetraceheight,iscommonlyfollowedtomitigateradiatedemissionissuesinPCBdesigns. 2.RadiatedEmissionMechanisms: Radiatedemissioncanoccurduetovariousmechanisms,includinguncontrolledemissionfromsignaltraces,switchingnoisefromdigitalcircuits,andpowersupplynoise.Theseemissionscanbeminimizedbyproperlayouttechniques,shielding,andoptimizedcomponentplacement.The20Hruleprimarilyaddressestheuncontrolledemissionfromsignaltracesbyensuringadequatespacingbetweenthemtoreduceelectromagneticcoupling. 3.Effectsof20HRuleonRadiatedEmission: Toevaluatetheeffectivenessofthe20Hruleinreducingradiatedemissions,simulationswereconductedusingelectromagneticfieldsolversandanalysistools.Resultsshowedthatimplementingthe20Hrulesignificantlyreducedradiatedemissionlevelscomparedtonon-compliantdesigns.Theincreasedspacingbetweentraceshelpstominimizethecouplingcapacitanceandinductance,reducingtheoverallradiatedemissionlevel. 4.ChallengesandLimitations: Whilethe20Hruleiseffectiveinreducingradiatedemissions,itposescertainchallengesandlimitationsinpracticalPCBdesigns.TheincreasedspacingbetweentracesmayresultinalargerPCBsize,increasedcost,andmorecomplexrouting.Additionally,high-speedsignaltracesmayrequ
