含砷金矿生物堆浸氧化的模拟研究(英文) Abstract: Bioleachingprocessisaneffectiveapproachforextractinggoldfromarsenic-containinggoldore.Inthisstudy,asimulationmodelwasdevelopedtoinvestigatethebioleachingprocessofarsenic-containinggoldore.Themodelwasbasedonthemathematicalformulationofthebioleachingmechanismandthekineticsofmicrobialgrowth.ThesimulationresultsshowedthatthebioleachingprocesswasaffectedbyseveralfactorssuchasinitialpH,temperature,andconcentrationofnutrients.Inaddition,themodelrevealedthatthemicrobialpopulationwasresponsiblefortheoxidationofarsenicandthedissolutionofgold.Theproposedsimulationmodelprovidesavaluabletoolforoptimizingthebioleachingprocessandforpredictingtheperformanceofthebioreactors. Introduction: Goldisoneofthemostsought-afterpreciousmetalsintheworldduetoitshighvalueandscarcity.However,theextractionofgoldfromitsoresisoftenassociatedwithenvironmentalproblemsandhealthrisksduetotheuseoftoxicchemicalssuchascyanide.Asaresult,thereisanincreasinginterestindevelopingeco-friendlyandsustainablegoldextractiontechniques. Bioleachingisapromisingapproachforextractinggoldfromlow-gradeores.Thisprocessinvolvestheuseofmicroorganismstooxidizesulfidesandliberatethemetalfromtheore.However,bioleachingofarsenic-containinggoldoresisacomplexprocessduetothetoxicityofarsenictomicroorganisms.Inthisstudy,asimulationmodelwasdevelopedtoinvestigatethebioleachingprocessofarsenic-containinggoldore. MaterialsandMethods: Thesimulationmodelwasbasedonthemassbalanceequationsofthebioleachingreactor.Themodelincorporatedthekineticsofmicrobialgrowth,bio-oxidationofsulfides,andthedissolutionofgold.Themodelparameterswereestimatedfromtheliteratureandexperimentaldata.Theinitialconditionsofthereactorweresetbasedontheenvironmentalconditionsofthebioleachingprocess. ThesimulationwascarriedoutusingtheMATLABsoftwarepackage.TheeffectofvariousparameterssuchaspH,temperature,andconcentrationofnutrientsonthebioleachingprocesswasinvestigatedusingthesimulationmodel.
