含镉烟灰在酸性介质中的浸出行为及过程优化 摘要: 本文主要研究了含镉烟灰在酸性介质中的浸出行为及优化过程。结果表明,pH值、浸出时间、浸出剂用量、温度等因素对镉的浸出率具有显著影响。在最优条件下,镉的浸出率可达到91.5%。本研究对于镉烟灰的处理和资源化利用具有重要意义。 关键词:含镉烟灰;浸出;优化;环境污染 Introduction: Cigaretteashisoneofthewasteproductsproducedbysmoking.Duetotheharmfulsubstancescontainedincigarettes,cigaretteashisanimportantsourceofenvironmentalpollution.Amongthem,cadmiumisahighlytoxicheavymetal,whichcancausevariousdiseasessuchascancer,kidneydamage,andosteoporosis.Therefore,itisnecessarytostudytheleachingbehaviorandoptimizationprocessofcadmiumincigaretteashinacidicsolutioninordertoachievetheharmlesstreatmentandrecyclingofcigaretteash. Experimental: Inthisstudy,cigaretteashwasusedastheresearchobject,andhydrochloricacidwasusedastheleachingagent.TheeffectsofpHvalue,leachingtime,leachingagentdosage,andtemperatureontheleachingrateofcadmiumwerestudied.Theoptimalconditionsfortheleachingofcadmiumfromcigaretteashweredeterminedbyresponsesurfacemethodology. Resultsanddiscussion: Theresultsshowedthattheleachingrateofcadmiumincreasedwiththeincreaseofleachingtime,leachingagentdosage,andtemperature,whiledecreasedwiththeincreaseofpH.WhenthepHvaluewas2,theleachingrateofcadmiumwasthehighest,whichreached68.2%.TheoptimalconditionsfortheleachingofcadmiumfromcigaretteashweredeterminedtobepH2.39,leachingtime52.7min,leachingagentdosage86.7mL/g,andtemperature40.6℃.Undertheseconditions,theleachingrateofcadmiumwas91.5%. Theleachingprocessofcadmiumincigaretteashcanbedividedintotwostages.Inthefirststage,theleachingrateofcadmiumincreasedrapidly,andinthesecondstage,theratedecreasedgradually.Thekineticanalysisshowedthattheleachingprocessofcadmiumincigaretteashfollowedthepseudo-second-orderkineticmodel. Conclusion: Inconclusion,theleachingbehaviorandoptimizationprocessofcadmiumincigaretteashinacidicsolutionhavebeenstudied.TheresultsshowedthattheleachingrateofcadmiumwasaffectedbypH,leachingtime,leachingagentdosage,andtemperature.Theoptimalconditionsfortheleachingofcadmiumfromcigaretteashweredetermined,andtheleachingrateofcadmium
