ThevastgrowthoftheinternethasledtoanexponentialincreaseinthenumberofIPaddressesbeingallocatedworldwide.ManagingtheseIPaddressesefficientlyandeffectivelyhasbecomeachallengingtask.Inthispaper,weproposeamethodforautomaticallyextractingIPaddresslistsusingAPNICWhois.ThismethodaimstostreamlinetheprocessofobtainingIPaddressdata,allowingforefficientmanagementandanalysis.
1.Introduction
1.1Background
TheInternetProtocol(IP)isafundamentalprotocolthatenablescommunicationbetweendevicesconnectedtotheinternet.EachdeviceisassignedauniqueIPaddress,whichservesasthedestinationaddressfordatapackets.Withthegrowingnumberofinternetusersandconnecteddevices,thedemandforIPaddresseshassurged,necessitatingefficientmanagementandallocationstrategies.
1.2Motivation
ExtractingIPaddresslistsmanuallyfromtheAPNICWhoisdatabasecanbetime-consuminganderror-prone.Automatingthisprocesscansignificantlyreducehumaneffortandensureaccuracy.ThispaperpresentsamethodthatutilizestheAPNICWhoisdatabasetoautomaticallyextractIPaddresslists.
2.Methodology
Ourautomatedextractionmethodcomprisesthefollowingsteps:

WeutilizetheAPNICWhoisdatabase,whichcontainsregistrationandallocationdetailsofIPaddresses.Awebscrapingtechniqueisemployedtoextractrelevantinformationprogrammatically.ThisallowsustoretrievelargeamountsofIPaddressdataefficiently.

Theextracteddatamaycontainredundantorinconsistentinformation.ToensuretheaccuracyandusabilityoftheIPaddresslists,adatacleansingprocessisimplemented.Thisinvolvesremovingduplicates,parsingincompleteentries,andstandardizingtheformatoftheIPaddresses.
2.3DataValidationandFiltering
