Abstract:
TheChangjiangRiverEstuary,asanimportantareafortheconservationandmanagementofnaturalresourcesandbiodiversity,requiresanefficientandcomprehensiveenvironmentalinformationsystemtosupportdecision-makingandecologicalpreservationefforts.Inthispaper,weproposethedevelopmentofaChangjiangRiverEstuaryRiparianWetlandEnvironmentalInformationSystembasedonCOM(ComponentObjectModel)technology.Thissystemaimstoprovidereal-timemonitoring,dataanalysis,anddecisionsupporttoolstoenhancethemanagementandprotectionoftheriparianwetlandecosystem.
1.Introduction
1.1Background
TheChangjiangRiverEstuaryisnotonlyacrucialareaforvariousmigratorybirdspeciesbutalsoasignificantsiteforfisheryresourcesandcoastalprotection.TheriparianwetlandecosystemoftheChangjiangRiverEstuarycontributestotheconservationofnaturalresourcesandbiodiversity.However,duetohumanactivitiesandnaturaldisasters,thisecosystemisfacingsignificantchallenges.Therefore,thedevelopmentofanenvironmentalinformationsystemisessentialforeffectivemanagementandprotection.
1.2Objective
ThegoalofthispaperistoproposethedevelopmentofacomprehensiveChangjiangRiverEstuaryRiparianWetlandEnvironmentalInformationSystemusingCOMtechnology.Thissystemwillincorporatereal-timemonitoring,dataanalysis,anddecisionsupporttoolstoaidinthemanagementandprotectionoftheriparianwetlandecosystem.
