Therearenotenoughseatsinthereading-roominourschool.Justbecauseofthis,IhadaveryspecialexperiencethatIshallneverforget.
Oneday,Iwasannoyed①bythehotweather.Afterdrinkingabottleofwater,Iranfasttowardsthereading-room.WhenIpushedthedooropen,IsawwhatIexpected.Therewasnoemptyseat.Ilookedverycarefullyateverycorner,hopingtofindone,butitseemedhopeless.SuddenlyIcaughtsightofanemptyseatwithabookonit.Iknewitmusthavebeen“occupied②”bysomeone,butIwaseagertositdowntohavearestafterrunning.SoIputthebookontheothersideofthetable,andsatdown.
About10minuteslater,Iheardaverylowvoicebehindme.“Excuseme,sister.I‘mafraidthatthisseatismine.”“What?It‘syours?Howcanyousaythat?”Thelittlegirlseemedalittlenervous.“IrememberIputmybookonthisdeskbeforelunch,”shesaid.“Pleasedon‘tdrawaconclusionsoquicklybeforeyouhaveenoughevidence③!”Isaidinaloudvoice.Itmadenearlyeveryoneintheroomturntheirheadstowardsme.Ifeltalittleembarrassed.Justthen,astudentnexttomesaid,“Totellthetruth,thisseatisreallythelittlegirl‘s.Ithinkyoushouldgiveittoher.”Myfaceturnedredatonce.Ican‘tdescribehowIfeltatthatmoment,andIdon‘trememberhowIwentoutoftheroomwithmybooksbeforesomanyeyes.
