Withhisfatherawayonnightdutyatalocalfactory,Glennwasworriedaboutthesafetyofhismother,hissisterKaren,14andhis12-year-oldbrotherTodd.Herandownstairsthroughthesmoke-filledhousetopushandpullatKarenandTodduntiltheysatup.Thenhehelpedeachonthroughthehousetothesafetyofthegarden.There,hissisterandbrother,takingshortandquickbreathsandcoughing,collapsedonthelawn.
