第一篇：2012美国总统大选华盛顿州演讲RemarksbythePresidentataCampaignEventSeattle,Washington1:00P.M.PDTTHEPRESIDENT:GiveitupforLibby!(Applause.)LIBBYBLUME:Hello.Thankyouverymuchforcoming.We'reallveryhonored.I'mLibby.I'mtheyoungestoftheBlumes.AndI'mvery,veryproudtopresentthePresidentoftheUnitedStatesofAmerica.(Applause.)THEPRESIDENT:Yay!Nicejob!(Applause.)Thankyou.Libbyknowsthekeytogoodpublicspeaking--bebrief.(Laughter.)Thatalwaysmakespeoplehappy.IjustwanttothanktheentireBlumefamily--especiallyLibby--(laughter)--butinadditiontoBruceandAnn,theirotherkids--Max,Rebecca,Jacob,andScooter--foropeningupthisextraordinaryhometousandfortheirfriendship.I'msogratefultoyouguys.Thanksforwhoeverisinchargeoftheweather.(Laughter.)I'vebeentoldthisistypicalSeattleweather.(Laughter.)ButI'vebeenherebeforeso--(laughter.)WhatI'mgoingtodoisactuallybeprettybriefatthetopbecausewhatI'dreallyenjoyisjustansweringquestionsandgettingcommentsandkindofhearingwhatyouguysarethinkingabout.We'vebeenthroughanextraordinaryperiodinAmericanhistory--worstfinancialcrisis,worsteconomiccrisissincetheGreatDepression.WhenyouthinkabouttheBlumefamilygrowingup,whatalotofthisyoungergenerationhasseenishardshipandrecessionandpeoplebeinglaidoffofwork.AndyetthegoodnewsisthatAmericaisfullofincrediblyresilient,wonderful,decentpeoplewhohavebeenwillingtobuckledownandworkthroughthesedifficulttimes,andasaconsequence,thecountryIthinkisonapathofgreatstrengthandgreatpromise.We'veseenmorethan4millionjobscreatedoverthelasttwoyears,morethan800,000justinthelastfourmonthsalone;thegreatestincreaseinmanufacturingemploymentsincethe1990s--alotofthathavingtodowithanautoindustrythathassurgedbackafteraperiodoftimewhenalotofusthoughtthattheymightgounder.Hereinthisregion,thelasttimeIwasinSeattle--Ithinkitwasthelasttime--wehadachancetovisitBoeing,whichisasgoodofasymbolofAmericaningenuityandAmericanpromise--andIteasedtheCEOtherethatIdeserveagoldwatchbecausewe'vebeensellingalotofplanesallaroundtheworld.(Laughter.)Andsoslowly,infitsandstarts,thee
