第一篇：外派人员中英文劳务合同协议书（公司人员）EMPLOYMENTAGREEMENT(forCompanyPersonnel)甲方：陕西建工第七建设集团有限公司巴基斯坦项目部PartyA:PakistanprojectdepartmentSCEGCNO.7ConstructionEngineeringGroupCompanyLTD.乙方：身份证号：PartyB:IDNo:经甲、乙双方友好协商，本着合法、公平、平等自愿、协商一致、诚实信用原则就乙方在巴基斯坦卡拉奇项目施工期间的人身安全及福利待遇达成如下协议，并共同遵守。Ontheprinciplesoflegal,equalityconsensus,honestyandcredit,freewill,andThroughfriendlynegotiations,PartyAandPartyBhavereachedthefollowingagreementonissuesofsafetyandwelfareofpartybduringtheconstructionperiodinKarachiproject,Pakistan.andabideby.一、甲方权利和义务I.PartyArightandduty:1、甲方负责为乙方办理出国体检及签证、协议履行期间的往返国际旅费、住宿（含卧具）、上下班交通、劳保用品和工作安全措施等由甲方承担费用。1.PartyAshalltransacttheoverseasphysicalexamination,visaapplication,provideround-tripinternationaltravelcostsduringcontractperformingperiod,accommodation(includingbedding),commuting,laborprotectionsupplies,andworksafetycosts,andothercostsshouldbebornebypartyA.2、甲方负责向乙方支付工资，以公司确认的工资标准为依据，甲方实行月工资制度（日历天数），乙方在国外工作期间月工资为小写＿＿＿＿＿＿（大写＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿）元人民币／月。试用期工资为小写＿＿＿＿＿＿（大写＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿）元人民币／月（工资内包含一日三餐费用,包含五险一金的个人代扣部分的费用）。2.PartyBisresponsibleforpayingsalarytoPartyB,accordingtowagestandardconfirmedbythecompany,PartyAadoptmonthlypaysystem(calendardays),PartyBmonthlysalarywhileworkingabroadis(AmountinFigure)＿＿＿＿RMB,(Amountinwords)＿＿＿＿＿＿RMB.SalaryofprobationperiodofPartyBis(AmountinFigure)＿＿＿＿RMB,(Amountinwords)＿＿＿＿＿＿RMB.(MonthlyWagescontainsadaychargesofthreemeal,andinpidualdeductionpartoffiveinsurancesandHousingfund.)3、甲方应为乙方购买境外人身意外伤害保险，承担保险费用。当保险条款发生效力时，其保险金额受益权及其支配权归甲方所有，该款项用于发生人身意外情况时的善后处理及补偿。3.PartyAshallbuyoverseaspersonaccidentinjuryinsuranceforPartyB.Whenthevalidityofinsurancetermsandconditionsoccurs,PartyAownthebeneficialrightofinsuredamountanddisposerightoftheinsurancemoney,theinsurancemoneyisusedforpersonalaccidentandaftermathtreatmentandcompensation.4、乙方在国外期间发生工伤事故或非个人原因患上工作所在国的地方性疾病时，甲方承担乙方治疗费用；若经医院鉴定需回国治疗的，甲方将负责安排乙方回国，并按照国家《工伤保险条例》的相关规定承担相关费用。因违反外事纪律和甲方国外项目部的各项规章制度而造成伤亡事件的，乙方应自行承担全部责任，不得向甲方主张权利。4.WhenworkinjuryhappensonPartyBduringtheperiodofworkingabroadordevelopin
