第一篇：翻译-客户协议-865字协议书Agreement甲方：（以下简称甲方）乙方：上海犀旺实业有限公司（以下简称乙方）PartyA:(hereinafterreferredtoasPartyA)PartyB:ShanghaiXiwangIndustrialCo.,Ltd.(HereinafterreferredtoasPartyB)甲乙双方经友好平等协商一致，就如何申请政府相关部门的中小企业国际市场开拓资金等商务咨询项目达成如下协议：PartyAandPartyBhavereachedthefollowingagreementonthebusinessconsultingprojectabouthowtoapplytorelevantgovernmentaldepartmentsfor“internationalmarketdevelopingfundsforsmall-andmedium-sizedenterprises”byfriendlyandequalconsultation.一．乙方根据甲方的公司规模、业务性质和经营情况等，就有关如何向上海市政府有关部门申请中小企业国际市场开拓资金提供相应的商务咨询。One:PartyBwillofferbusinessconsultingserviceaboutapplicationtorelevantgovernmentdepartmentsofShanghaifor“internationalmarketdevelopingfundsforsmall-andmedium-sizedenterprises”accordingtocorporatescale,businesstypeandoperationconditionsofPartyA.二．乙方自本协议生效之日起向甲方提供如下咨询服务。Two:PartyBshallprovidethefollowingconsultingservicesforPartyAsincetheeffectivedateoftheagreement.1.根据企业具体情况，协助甲方编制符合要求的企业简况；2.协助甲方整理项目情况，并帮助撰写申请项目的文字简述；3.协助甲方填写和申报具体项目；4.主动联系项目审批进展情况并随时补充相关资料；5.对申报成功的项目，继续协助编制拨付资金申报表，编写项目总结报告，递交资金申请表，直至各项服务工作落实到位；6.乙方对于甲方提供之资料和数据没有实质审核义务。1.AssistPartyAinformulatingthebriefintroductionoftheenterpriseinaccordancewithspecificconditionsoftheenterpriseandregulations;2.AssistPartyAinsortingoutprojectinformationandhelpPartyAtowritethebriefintroductionoftheprojectforapplication;3.AssistPartyAinfillingandapplyingforspecificproject;4.Activelyinvestigatetheprojectexaminationandapprovalprogressandsubmitsupplementarydocuments;5.Asforthesuccessfullyappliedproject,PartyBshallcontinuouslyassistPartyAinformulatingtheFundGrantApplicationForm,writingtheprojectsummaryreportandsubmittingtheFundApplicationFormuntilalltheworkhasbeendone.6.PartyBisn’tobligatedtoexamineandverifythedocumentsanddataprovidedbyPartyA.三．在本协议有效期内，甲方将配合乙方做好如下工作：Three:Inthevalidperiodoftheagreement,PartyAshallcooperatewithPartyBtodothefollowingworkwell.1.提供公司营业执照、税务登记、企业代码等一切合法经营的证明文件（复印件）。如需向政府部门出示原件或盖用公章，甲方应派人员携带文件随同政府部门校验；1.Provideallthelawfuloperationcertificationdocumentssuchascorporatebusinessl
