第一篇：英文翻译存量房自有交易资金划转协议8条款StockHouseTransactionFundTransferringAgreementNo.:000000000000PartyA(houseseller):PartyB(housebuyer):PartyC(administrativehousemanagementdepartmentofdistrictorcounty):Withrespecttosalesofthestockhouse,PartyAandPartyBhavesignedBeijingStockHouseSalesContractpartiesnowsignthisagreementaccordingtoNoticeonEstablishingStockHouseTransactionServicePlatform.Article1No.)andNo.ofasstockhousetransactionfundsupervisingaccount(shortfor“supervisingaccount”hereinafter),PartyBiswillingtodeposithisorherownedtransactionfund(shortfor“ownedfund”hereinafter)specifiedinBeijingStockHouseSalesContractintothesupervisingaccountandPartyCisentrustedtosuperviseit.Ifthetransactionisfinished,theownedfundanddepositinterestincurredduringthedepositingperiodofthesupervisingaccountwillbeownedbyPartyA.IfthetransactionbetweenPartyAandPartyBfails,principalandinterestintheaccountwillbeownedbypartyB.openedbytransactionisfinished.ofopenedbyPartyBinwhenthetransactionfails.Article2Fundsupervisingterm:fromthedaywhenPartyBdepositshisorherownedfundintothesupervisingaccounttothedaywhenthepropertyrighttransferringregistrationofthehousetransactedbyPartyAandPartyBisfinishedandtheownedfundistransferredtoPartyA.Ifthetransactionfails,thefundsupervisingtermwillbefromthedaywhenPartyBdepositshisorherownedfundintothesupervisingaccounttothedaywhenPartyAandPartyBcancelsthestockhousecontractsignedonlineandtheownedfundistransferredtoPartyB.Article3PartyC’ssupervisingobligation:duringthesupervisingperiod,PartyCshouldissueanelectronicinstructionviathestockhousetransactionserviceplatformtorequirethesupervisingbanktotransfertheownedfundinthesupervisingaccount.WithrespecttofundlossesofthetwopartiestransactingthestockhouseduetoPartyC’sreasons,PartyCshouldundertakecorrespondingresponsibilityforcompensation.Whenanyoneofthefollowingconditionoccurs,PartyCcanissueanelectronicinstructionviathestockhousetransactionserviceplatformtorelievehisorhersupervisionoverthesupervisingaccountandtransferthe
