浙江宁海经济开发区简介浙江宁海经济开发区位于浙江东部沿海、经济发达的长三角南翼，毗邻上海、杭州，距宁波-舟山港90公里，宁波国际机场60公里，沈海高速公路和甬台温铁路贯穿县境，并有三处出口和一个铁路站。1994年8月经省人民政府批准成立，2006年3月被国家发展和改革委员会重新核准为省级开发区，由新兴区块、科技区块、外商投资区块、塔山区块、辛岭区块、宁东创新工业园六大区块组成，涉及七个镇乡、街道160多个村。开发区按照“布局集中、用地集约、产业集聚”的要求，坚持以提高吸收外资质量为主，以发展现代制造业为主，以优化出口结构为主，致力于发展高新技术产业，致力于发展高附加值服务业，促进开发区向多功能综合性产业区发展，实行投资项目一条龙服务、在建项目全方位服务、投产项目经常性服务，努力营造亲商、安商、富商氛围。经过10多年的开发建设，规模从小到大，功能日益完善，服务不断升级，区内供电、供水、通讯、金融等配套设施齐全。已开发面积达18平方公里，区内聚集了国内外工业企业700多家，其中来自美国、香港、台湾等近30个国家和地区的外资企业200余家，实现合同利用外资5.8亿美元，实际到位外资3.3亿美元。已投产的企业有525家，规模以上的企业有252家。形成了模具、文具、汽车配件、灯具、五金机械、电子电器等六大主导行业的工业格局。2008年区内投产企业实现工业总产值140亿元，进出口总额7.5亿美元，利税11.5亿元。浙江宁海经济开发区已经成为宁海经济发展的集聚地和新的经济增长点。BriefIntroductionofNinghaiEconomicDevelopmentAreainZhejiangProvince90kilometersfromNingbo-ZhoushanPortand60kilometersfromNingboInternationalAirport,NinghaiEconomicDevelopmentAreaislocatedatthesouthernwingofthedevelopedYangtzeRiverDeltaontheeastcoastofZhejiangProvince,adjoiningShanghaiandHanzhou.WithShenhaiHighwayandYongtaiwenRailwayacrossland,thecountyhasthreetransportationwaysoutandarailwaystation.ApprovedtoestablishinAug.1994,re-evaluatedbyNDRCasdevelopmentareaattheprovinciallevelinMar.2006,itiscomposedofsixblocksincludingXinxingBlock,TechnologyBlock,ForeignInvestmentBlock,TashanBlock,XinlingBlockandNingdongInnovativeIndustrialGarden,withseventownsorneighborhoodsandmorethan160villagesinvolved.Thearea,attherequirementsof“centeredlayout,economiclanduseandindustrycluster”,mainlystickstotheimprovementofthequalityofforeigninvestment,thedevelopmentofmodernmanufacturingindustryandtheupgradingofexportstructure,astobeengagedindevelopinghigh-techindustryandhighvalue-addedserviceindustry,pushingforwardinthewaytobeamulti-functionalcomprehensiveindustrialdistrict.Coordinatedservicesforinvestmentproject,all-dimensionalserviceforprojectunderconstructionand
