ResidencySchedule

TeenwriterswilljointhreeMasterWriters-in-Residence,oneineachofthefollowinggenres(类型)―poetry,

fiction,andnonfiction.ThementorshipwiththeMasterWriters-in-Residencewillbethefocus,butthechanceto

haveconversationswiththeotherVisitingWritersandparticipatingTeenWriterswillbevaluable.

ClassesmeetMonday―Fridayfortwohoursofworkshops.Teenwriterswillhavetheopportunitytofocuson

onegenre,whilealsoexploringtheotherformsofliteraturethroughworkshopsandconversation.

Admission

Theselectionprocessfortheuniqueliteraryresidencyopportunitywillbecompetitive.AtlanticCenter

receivestheapplications,andthejudgesevaluatewritingsamples.Asclasssizesarekeptsmalltoprovidethe

highestqualityinstruction,notallqualifiedwritersmaybeaccepted.
