MartinLutherKingwasbornonJanuary15,1929.Attheageof7in1935hebeganschool.Hestartedhiscareerasaministerin1948whenhewas19.LaterwhentheSouthernChristianLeadershipConferencewasfounded,DrKingwaschosenpresident.HedirectedthepeacefulmarchonWashington,D.C.of250,000people,andthenhemadehisfamousspeech—IHaveaDream.Whenevertherewasinjustice,hewouldbetheretoleadpeopletofightforlibertyandfreedom.
EventuallyhereceivedtheNobelPeacePrize.OnMarch21st,1965,heledamarchfromSelmatoMontgomerytofocusattentiononproblemsinblackvoters’registration.Atfirstabout3,000peoplebeganthemarch,however,thenumberofpeopleincreasedto25,000whenthemarchwascompletedatlast.AnywaythestrugglewassuccessfulandPresidentJohnsonsignedtheVotingRightsBilltosolvetheproblem.MartinwasshotandkilledinMemphis,TennesseeontheeveningofApril4th,1968.Youarerequiredtowriteareporttothe

	Weareequalascitizens.Butuptonow,ourtowncouncilhasn’tnoticedthesufferingofthesepeople.Ifthesituationcontinueslikethis,infectivediseasemayarise.Ifsothewholepeopleinthetownmaygetinfected.Sincecircuspeopleshouldenjoyequalrightsaswedo,theirlivingconditionsshouldbeimproved.
	Effectivemeasuresshouldbetakenbyourcouncil.Weneedtofindagoodpositiontorebuildthecampsite.Itshouldbeaplacewhichisnearbusstops.What’smore,thefacilitiesshouldbeimproved.Ifso,thecircuspeoplewillenjoyacleanandbetterlife.Theywillnotbediscriminatedandshareequabilitywithu
