Abstract:
Englishisconsideredacruciallanguageskillfornon-Englishmajorstudentsintoday'sglobalizedworld.Therefore,thisstudyaimstoinvestigatethevariousstrategiesemployedbynon-EnglishmajorfreshmentoenhancetheirEnglishlanguageskills.Theresearchfocusesonidentifyingtheeffectivenessofdifferentlearningtechniques,suchasclassroom-basedlearning,self-studystrategies,languageexchanges,onlineresources,andlanguageimmersion.Datacollectionincludedsurveys,interviews,andobservationinclassroomsandlanguagelearningenvironments.Thefindingsindicatethatacombinationoftraditionalandmodernlearningapproachescansignificantlybenefitnon-Englishmajorfreshmenintheirlanguagelearningjourney.
