(a)thevalidityofthecontractorofanyofitsprovisionsorofanyusage;(b)theeffectwhichthecontractmayhaveonthepropertyinthegoodssold.

(1)LawofInternationalCarriageofGoodsbyRailroad
TheCISGallowstheofferortowithdrawanyoffer,includingoffersthatpromisethattheyareirrevocable,aslongasthewithdrawalreachestheoffereebeforeoratthesametimeastheoffer.
①Ifthecontractofsaleinvolvescarriageofthegoodsbysea,landorair,intheabsenceofanyexpressagreement,thesellerisobligedtodeliverthegoodsonlytothefirstcarrierfortransmissiontothebuyer.
