Abstract
Withthegradualadvancementoftheglobaleconomyandtherapiddevelopmentofinformationtechnology,therequirementsforthequalityofjudicialsecurityofficerswillbehigherandhigher.Asabasicskillforindividuals'development,Englishhasbecomeanimportantpartoftheprofessionalskillsofthejudicialsecurityindustry.Therefore,theteachingofEnglishliteratureelectivecoursesinjudicialsecurityofficercollegeshasbecomeincreasinglyimportantandnecessary.ThispaperexplorestheteachingreformofEnglishliteratureelectivecoursesinjudicialsecurityofficercollegesfromtheaspectsofcurriculumsetting,teachingmethods,andevaluationmethods,andputsforwardcorrespondingmeasurestoimprovetheeffectivenessofteaching.

Introduction
WiththepopularizationofvocationaleducationinChina,moreandmorestudentsarestudyinginjudicialsecurityofficercollegestobecomequalifiedpersonnelinthejudicialsecurityindustry.Thedevelopmentofthejudicialsecurityindustryrequiresthatjudicialsecurityofficersnotonlyhaveprofessionalknowledgeandskillsbutalsohaveinternationalcommunicationandcooperationcapabilities.Asaninternationallanguage,Englishiswidelyusedinlegalcommunication,internationalcooperation,andotherfields.Therefore,enhancingEnglishproficiencyhasbecomeanimportantpartoftheprofessionalskillsofthejudicialsecurityindustry.
TheEnglishliteratureelectivecourseinjudicialsecurityofficercollegesprovidesaplatformforEnglishlearningandculturalexchangeforstudents.However,thetraditionalteachingmodel,whichemphasizestextbooksandexams,cannotfullyachievetheteachinggoals.Therefore,itisnecessarytoexploretheteachingreformofEnglishliteratureelectivecoursesinjudicialsecurityofficercolleges.
