Abstract:
IntervalType-2Takagi-Sugenofuzzypulsecontrol(IT2-TSFPC)isanemergingresearchareathathasgainedsignificantattentioninrecentyears.ThispaperaimstoexploreanddiscusstheprinciplesandapplicationsofIT2-TSFPCinvariousfields.
Introduction:
Therapidadvancementincomputerscienceandcontroltheoryhasbroughtaboutremarkableprogressinthefieldoffuzzycontrol.TheTakagi-Sugeno(TS)fuzzymodelisaneffectivetoolformodelingcomplexsystemswithuncertainties.However,traditionalTSfuzzycontrolmethodsoftenfailtohandleuncertaintiesaccurately.Asasolution,IntervalType-2(IT2)fuzzylogicsystemswereintroducedtoovercomethelimitationsofType-1fuzzylogicsystems.TheType-2fuzzylogicsystemswithtime-varyingmembershipfunctionsarecalledIT2-TSfuzzypulsecontrol(IT2-TSFPC).TheIT2-TSFPCapproachhasshowngreatpotentialinvariousapplicationsduetoitscapabilitytohandleuncertaintiesinamorerobustmanner.
PrinciplesofIT2-TSFPC:
IT2-TSFPCisbasedontheprinciplesofintervaltype-2fuzzylogicsystemsandtheTSfuzzymodel.InIT2-TSFPC,thefuzzysetshavenotonlyfuzzymembershipgradesbutalsointervalgrades.ThemembershipfunctionsofIT2-TSFPCaretime-varyinganddependonthesystem'sstateandcontrolinput.ThecontrolactionsinIT2-TSFPCareimplementedaspulseswithspecificwidthsandamplitudes,allowingmoreprecisecontroloverthesystem.TheintervalgradesinIT2-TSFPCprovideahigherlevelofuncertaintyhandling,makingitsuitablefordynamicsystemswithvaryinguncertainties.
ApplicationsofIT2-TSFPC:
IT2-TSFPChasbeensuccessfullyappliedinvariousfields,includingrobotics,automotivesystems,powersystems,andintelligenttransportationsystems.Inrobotics,IT2-TSFPChasbeenusedfortrajectorytrackingandobstacleavoidancetasks.Itsabilitytohandleuncertaintiesandrobustlycontroltherobot'smovementsmakesitparticularlyusefulindynamicenvironments.Inautomotivesystems,IT2-TSFPChasbeenappliedtoenginecontrol,adaptivecruisecontrol,andanti-lockbrakingsystems.TheintervalgradesofIT2-TSFPCallowforbettercontroloftheengineandprecisebrakingactions,enhancingthesafetyandperformanceofthevehicles.In
