Introduction:
Reverselogisticsnetworkplaysacrucialroleintoday'sglobalizedsupplychains.Amidstgrowingenvironmentalconcernsandresourcescarcity,theconceptofremanufacturinghasgainedsignificantattentionasaneffectiveapproachtoreducewasteandpromotesustainability.Remanufacturinginvolvestheprocessofrestoringusedproductstotheiroriginalorbettercondition,therebycreatingaclosed-loopsystem.Thispaperfocusesontheoptimizationofreverselogisticsnetworkconstructionforremanufacturing,aimingtoenhancetheefficiencyandeffectivenessoftheprocess.
1.ReverseLogisticsNetworkAnalysis:
Tooptimizethereverselogisticsnetworkforremanufacturing,itisnecessarytoconductacomprehensiveanalysisoftheexistingnetworkstructure.Thisanalysisshouldconsiderfactorssuchasproducttypes,returnchannels,collectionpoints,transportationmodes,andstoragefacilities.Byexaminingthecurrentnetwork,bottlenecks,inefficiencies,andareasofimprovementcanbeidentified.
