Abstract:
NeuralMachineTranslation(NMT)hasemergedasarevolutionaryapproachinthefieldofmachinetranslation.Thispaperaimstoprovideanin-depthunderstandingandanalysisofvariousaspectsofNMTmodels.ThestudyexploresthearchitectureofNMTmodelsalongwiththetrainingprocessandkeycomponentsinvolved.Furthermore,itdiscussesthechallengesandpotentialsolutionsassociatedwithNMTmodels,suchasthehandlingofrarewords,domainadaptation,andimprovingefficiency.Additionally,thepaperexploresdifferentevaluationmetricsandtechniquesforevaluatingtheperformanceofNMTmodels.Finally,itconcludeswithanoutlookonthefuturedirectionsandpotentialadvancementsinthefieldofNMT.
1.Introduction
