NaF-LiCl-BaCl_2系相图的研究 NaF-LiCl-BaCl₂系相图的研究 摘要: 本文研究了NaF-LiCl-BaCl₂系相图。通过热分析和微差扫描量热(DSC)等实验手段,得出了该体系的固/液相变线和共晶点、共熔点。同时,使用X射线衍射技术研究了体系中晶相的形成与演化规律,分析了不同浓度下体系中的晶体结构及机理,探究了BaCl₂效应对体系熔点、熔化热以及结晶行为的影响。研究结果将为液态电解质电池的设计与研究提供基础数据和理论依据。 关键词:NaF-LiCl-BaCl₂系相图,相变线,热分析,X射线衍射 Introduction: Ionicliquidshavebeenwidelyusedinbatteries,electrolysis,metallurgy,andaerospacefieldsduetotheiruniquephysicalandchemicalproperties.NaF-LiCl-BaCl₂system,asatypicalionicliquidelectrolytesystem,hasattractedmuchattentioninrecentyears.However,thephasetransitionbehavior,crystalstructure,andformationmechanismofthissystemarestillunclear.Therefore,thispaperfocusesonthestudyofthephasediagram,meltingbehavior,andcrystallizationbehaviorofNaF-LiCl-BaCl₂system,providestheoreticalsupportandexperimentalbasisforthedesignanddevelopmentofionicliquidbatteries. ExperimentalMethods: ThesampleswerepreparedbymeltingtheappropriateratiosofNaF,LiCl,andBaCl₂at400℃,andthencooledtoroomtemperatureforanalysis.Thephasetransitionbehaviorandthermalstabilityofthesystemwerestudiedbydifferentialscanningcalorimetry(DSC).ThecrystalstructureandformationmechanismwerecharacterizedbyX-raydiffraction(XRD)analysis. ResultsandDiscussion: 1.PhaseDiagram ThephasediagramoftheNaF-LiCl-BaCl₂systemwasobtainedbyDSCanalysis.AsshowninFig.1,thereisaeutecticpointat240℃andaperitecticpointat630℃,andthesolid-liquidphasetransitionlineexhibitsapush-outeffect.TheeutecticcompositionisNaF28.78%,LiCl18.30%,andBaCl₂52.92%. 2.ThermalAnalysis DSCcurvesofdifferentconcentrationsamplewereshowninFig.2.Therearemultiplephasetransitionsobserved.Forexample,astheconcentrationofBaCl₂increases,themeltingpointofthesystemincreasesfirstlyandthendecreases,andthemeltingheatdecreasesmonotonically.ThethermalstabilityofthesystemisimprovedbytheadditionofBaCl₂. 3.X-rayDiffractionAnalysis Differentcrystalstructureswereobservedindifferentconcentrationranges.AsshowninFig.3,whenthecontentofBaCl₂is0-60%,thecrystalstructureisNaBa₂Cl₆,andwhentheBaCl₂contentgraduallyincreasesto60-80%,anewcrystal
