Therapiddevelopmentoftelecommunicationshasbroughtaboutanenormousamountofdatatraffic,leadingtotheneedforefficientbillingcollectionsystems.ThispaperaimstodesignandimplementabillingcollectionsystemforHeilongjiangNetcomInterconnection,whichisatelecommunicationscompanyprovidinginterconnectionservicesintheHeilongjiangprovinceofChina.Thesystemnotonlyprovidesaccuratebillinginformationbutalsoenhancestheoveralluserexperience.
1.Introduction
Inrecentyears,thetelecommunicationsindustryhasexperiencedsignificantgrowth,resultinginincreaseddatatrafficandtheneedforefficientbillingcollectionsystems.HeilongjiangNetcomInterconnectionisakeyplayerinthisindustry,providinginterconnectionservicestocustomersintheHeilongjiangprovince.
