Withtherapidincreaseinmobilenetworkusage,thedemandforhigh-qualityandefficientmobileserviceshasgrownsignificantly.However,variouschallengessuchasnetworkcongestion,servicelatency,andsignalinterferencehindertheseamlessexperienceofmobileusers.ThispaperproposesaMobileGMS(GeneralizedMobileSystem)NetworkOptimizationSystembasedonBaseStation(BS)structuretoaddressthesechallenges.Thesystemaimstoenhancetheoverallperformanceofthemobilenetworkbyoptimizingtheutilizationofavailableresources,reducingsignalinterference,andimprovinguserexperience.
