摘要
本文研究了响应面法优化提取桦褐孔菌多糖的工艺。通过正交实验筛选出影响桦褐孔菌多糖提取率的最优因素组合,利用响应面法建立了提取率预测模型。结果表明,在最优的提取工艺条件下,桦褐孔菌多糖的提取率为8.27%。从而为桦褐孔菌多糖的高效提取及应用提供了一定的理论依据。

Abstract
ThispaperstudiedtheoptimizationoftheextractionprocessofInonotusobliquuspolysaccharidesbyresponsesurfacemethodology.TheoptimalcombinationoffactorsaffectingtheextractionrateofpolysaccharidesfromInonotusobliquuswasscreenedbyorthogonalexperiment,andtheextractionratepredictionmodelwasestablishedbyresponsesurfacemethodology.TheresultsshowedthattheextractionrateofInonotusobliquuspolysaccharideswas8.27%undertheoptimalextractionconditions.ThisstudyprovidesacertaintheoreticalbasisfortheefficientextractionandapplicationofInonotusobliquuspolysaccharides.

1.Introduction
Inonotusobliquus,alsoknownasChagamushroom,isatypeofmedicinalandediblefungusthatgrowsonthetrunkofbirchorothertreesincoldregionsoftheworld.Ithasbeenusedasatraditionalmedicineforcenturies,andhasbeenclaimedtopossessvarioushealthbenefits,suchasanti-tumor,anti-inflammatory,anti-viral,andanti-oxidativeproperties[1,2].
PolysaccharidesarethemajorbioactivecomponentsinInonotusobliquus,andhavebeenfoundtoberesponsibleformanyofitspharmacologicalactivities[3,4].Therefore,theefficientextractionofpolysaccharidesfromInonotusobliquusisofgreatimportanceforitsmedicinalandcommercialapplications.
Inrecentyears,manyresearchershavefocusedontheoptimizationoftheextractionprocessofpolysaccharidesfromInonotusobliquus.Variousmethods,suchaswaterextraction,acidextraction,andenzymaticextraction,havebeenreported[5,6,7].However,theyieldandqualityoftheextractedpolysaccharidesvarygreatlydependingontheextractionconditions.
Thetraditionalone-factor-at-a-timemethodiswidelyusedintheoptimizationofextractionprocesses.However,itistimeconsumingandinefficient,andcannotcapturetheinteractionsbetweendifferentfactors.Responsesurfacemethodology(RSM),which
