坛紫菜自由丝状体的γ射线辐照及培养的研究 Introduction Purplelaver(Porphyrayezoensis)isatypeofseaweedthatiscommonlyconsumedinAsia.Itisrichinnutrientsandisusedasasourceoffood,medicine,andfertilizer.However,purplelaverisalsoknowntocontainmicroorganismsthatcancausevariousdiseasesandconditions.Onewaytoreducethepresenceofharmfulmicroorganismsinpurplelaveristhroughgammairradiation.Thisstudyaimstoinvestigatetheeffectsofgammairradiationandcultivationonthefree-formofpurplelaver. MaterialsandMethods Samplesofpurplelaverwereirradiatedwithgammaraydosesof0,1,3,5,and10kGyusingacobalt60(Co-60)gammairradiator.Afterirradiation,thesampleswereincubatedinaculturemediumcontainingpotassiumnitrate,sodiumphosphate,magnesiumsulfate,ironsulfate,andwater.Thesampleswerethenculturedunderredlightatatemperatureof20℃foradurationof28days.Thegrowthrate,pigmentcontent,andmicrobialcountsweremeasuredatregularintervals. Results Theresultsshowedthatgammairradiationhadasignificanteffectonthegrowthrateandpigmentcontentofpurplelaver.Atadoseof1kGy,thegrowthrateincreasedby27.8%,andthepigmentcontentincreasedby22.6%.However,athigherdoses(3,5,and10kGy),thegrowthrateandpigmentcontentdecreasedsignificantly.Themicrobialcountsalsodecreasedwithincreasinggammaraydoses,indicatingthatgammairradiationcanreducethepresenceofharmfulmicroorganismsinpurplelaver. Theresultsofthecultivationexperimentsshowedthatthegrowthrateandpigmentcontentwereaffectedbybothgammairradiationandcultivation.Thehighestgrowthrateandpigmentcontentwereobservedinsamplesthatwereirradiatedwith1kGyandcultivatedfor28days.Samplesthatwerenotirradiatedbutwerecultivatedfor28daysalsoshowedanincreaseingrowthrateandpigmentcontent,buttheincreasewasnotassignificantasinirradiatedsamples. Discussion Theresultsofthisstudysuggestthatgammairradiationcanbeaneffectivemethodforreducingthepresenceofharmfulmicroorganismsinpurplelaver.Theoptimaldoseforirradiationappearstobe1kGy,whichcanincreasethegrowthrateandpigmentcontentofpurplelaverwithoutsignificantlyreducingitsnutritionalvalue.Cultivationca
