Theabilitytopredictandpreventfinancialcrisesisessentialforthestabilityandsuccessofanybusinessorganization.Cashflow,asacomprehensiveindicatorofacompany'sfinancialhealth,playsacrucialroleinassessingandmanagingpotentialfinancialrisks.Thispaperaimstoconstructafinancialcrisisearlywarningsystemthatleveragescashflowanalysistoeffectivelyidentifyandmonitorindicatorsoffinancialdistress.Byexaminingthecomponentsandsignificanceofacashflowstatement,weproposeasystematicframeworkfordevelopingarobustpredictivemodelthatcananticipatepotentialfinancialcrisesandempowermanagementinmakingstrategicdecisionsforsafeguardingtheorganization'sfinancialstability.
Introduction:
