Abstract
Timeseriesplanningisanimportantproblemthatarisesinvariousdomains,suchasfinance,logistics,andmanufacturing,amongothers.However,solvingthisproblemrequiresaddressingseveralchallenges,includingtheneedtohandlelargeamountsofdata,complexconstraints,anduncertainties.Toovercomethesechallenges,weproposeanovelalgorithmbasedonthethree-dimensionalblocksparsestructuregroup(3D-BSSG)modeltosolvethetimeseriesplanningproblem.Inthispaper,weprovideanoverviewoftheproposedalgorithm,includingitskeycomponentsandfeatures,andpresentexperimentalresultstodemonstrateitseffectivenessandefficiency.Ourresultsshowthattheproposedalgorithmcanprovidehigh-qualitysolutionsinatimelyandefficientmanner,makingitavaluabletoolforsolvingtimeseriesplanningproblems.
Introduction
Timeseriesplanningisanessentialprobleminmanydomains,includingfinance,logistics,andmanufacturing.Itinvolvesmakingdecisionsabouthowtoallocateresourcesovertimetoachievespecificgoals,suchasmaximizingprofits,minimizingcosts,ormeetingproductiontargets.However,solvingthisproblemischallengingduetoseveralfactors,includingtheneedtohandlelargeamountsofdata,complexconstraints,anduncertainties.
Toaddressthesechallenges,severalalgorithmshavebeenproposedbasedondifferentmathematicalmodels,suchaslinearprogramming,stochasticprogramming,anddynamicprogramming,amongothers.However,thesealgorithmssufferfromvariouslimitations,suchasscalability,robustness,andefficiency.Therefore,thereisaneedfornewalgorithmsthatcanovercometheselimitationsandprovidehigh-qualitysolutionsinatimelyandefficientmanner.
Inthispaper,weproposeanovelalgorithmbasedonthe3D-BSSGmodeltosolvethetimeseriesplanningproblem.Theproposedalgorithmisdesignedtohandlelarge-scaleproblemswithcomplexconstraintsanduncertainties,makingitsuitableforawiderangeofapplications.Inthefollowingsections,weprovideanoverviewoftheproposedalgorithm,includingitskeycomponentsandfeatures,andpresentexperimentalresultstodemonstrateitseffectivenessandefficiency.
