Inrecentyears,therehasbeenagrowinginterestintheuseofself-consolidatingconcrete(SCC)intheconstructionindustryduetoitsuniquepropertiesandadvantages.However,oneofthechallengeswithusingSCCisitsabilitytobondeffectivelywithexistingconcretesurfaces.Thisstudyaimstoinvestigatetheshearbondstrengthbetweenself-consolidatingconcreteandoldconcretesurfacesthroughexperimentaltesting.TheresultsofthisstudywillcontributetoabetterunderstandingofthebondbehaviorbetweenSCCandoldconcreteandprovidevaluableinsightsforthedesignandconstructionofrepairandretrofittingprojects.
