Abstract
Theperformanceevaluationandpredictionmodeloftheself-consolidatingconcretemixedwiththeslurryforthedeep-seatunnelsteelshellsinkingpipelineisanimportanttopicinthefieldofcivilengineering.Concretemixedwithslurryiscommonlyusedforlarge-scaleundergroundconstructionprojects,especiallyintheconstructionofunderwatertunnels,bridges,andotherfacilities.Thepurposeofthisresearchistoevaluatetheperformanceofself-consolidatingconcretemixedwithslurryforthedeep-seatunnelsteelshellsinkingpipeline,andtodevelopapredictionmodelfortheconstructionteamtoimprovetheefficiencyandreducethecostofconstruction.
Introduction
Deep-seatunnelconstructionisanimportantpartofmoderncivilengineering.Thetunnelconstructionmethodisanimportanttechnologyfortheconstructionofunderwatertunnels.Thesinkingpipelineofthesteelshellisthemaincomponentofthesinkingwell.Theconstructionofthesinkwellisalwaysthefocusofattentionintheconstructionoftheunderwatertunnel.Self-consolidatingconcretemixedwithslurryhasbeenwidelyusedintheconstructionofsinkingwells.Itisahigh-performanceconcretethathasgoodfluidity,excellentstability,andself-consolidatingability.Thepurposeofthisresearchistoevaluatetheperformanceofself-consolidatingconcretemixedwithslurryforthedeep-seatunnelsteelshellsinkingpipeline,andtodevelopapredictionmodelfortheconstructionteamtoimprovetheefficiencyandreducethecostofconstruction.
Methodology
Firstly,theperformanceindicatorsofself-consolidatingconcretemixedwithslurrywereevaluated,includingslumpflow,fillingheightratio,workabilityretention,waterretention,compressivestrength,andearlyhydrationheatrelease.Secondly,therelationshipsbetweentheperformanceindicatorsandthemixingproportionoftheslurrywereinvestigated.Finally,apredictionmodelwasdevelopedbasedonthecollecteddata.
Results
