ThisConventiongovernsonlytheformationofthecontractofsaleandtherightsandobligationsofthesellerandthebuyerarisingfromsuchacontract.Inparticular,exceptasotherwiseexpresslyprovidedinthisConvention,itisnotconcernedwith:
(a)thevalidityofthecontractorofanyofitsprovisionsorofanyusage;
(b)theeffectwhichthecontractmayhaveonthepropertyinthegoodssold.
