Abstract
Thispaperfocusesonthedynamicsimulationandparameteroptimizationofacombineharvestervibratingscreen.Thevibratingscreenplaysacrucialroleintheseparationandcleaningprocessofgrainsduringharvesting.However,theperformanceofthevibratingscreencanbecompromisedbyvariousfactors,suchasthestructuraldesign,vibrationcharacteristics,andoperatingconditions.Inthisstudy,adynamicsimulationmodelisestablishedusingcomputer-aidedengineeringsoftwaretoinvestigatethevibrationresponseandoptimalparametersofthevibratingscreen.Theresultsprovidevaluableinsightsintoimprovingtheefficiencyandreliabilityofthecombineharvestervibratingscreen.
1.Introduction
Combineharvestersarewidelyusedinagricultureforharvestingvariouscrops,includinggrains.Thevibratingscreenisanessentialcomponentofthecombineharvester,responsibleforremovingimpuritiesandseparatinggrainsaccordingtosize.However,theexcessivevibrationandsuboptimalparameterscanleadtoreducedefficiency,increasedgrainloss,andprematurecomponentfailures.Therefore,itiscrucialtostudythedynamicbehaviorofthevibratingscreenandoptimizeitsparameters.
2.DynamicSimulationModel
Adynamicsimulationmodelofthecombineharvestervibratingscreenisdevelopedusingcomputer-aidedengineeringsoftware.Themodelconsidersthevariouscomponentsofthevibratingscreen,includingthevibratingmotor,screendeck,supportstructure,andgrainflow.Theequationsofmotionandboundaryconditionsaredefinedbasedontheprinciplesofstructuraldynamicsandsolidmechanics.Finiteelementanalysis(FEA)isemployedtosolvethedynamicequationsandobtainthevibrationcharacteristicsofthevibratingscreen.
3.ValidationoftheDynamicSimulationModel
Tovalidatethedynamicsimulationmodel,experimentalmeasurementsareconductedonanactualvibratingscreen.Thevibrationsignalsarerecordedusingaccelerometersatvariouspointsonthevibratingscreen.Theexperimentalresultsarecomparedwiththesimulationresultstoassesstheaccuracyandreliabilityofthedynamicsimulationmodel.T
