轮式装载机后桥摆架疲劳强度分析及结构优化 Abstract Thispaperpresentsananalysisandoptimizationofthefatiguestrengthoftherearaxleswingframeofawheeledloader.Theobjectiveofthisstudyistoimprovethereliabilityanddurabilityofthevehiclebyminimizingtheriskofcomponentfailureandincreasingitsservicelife.Thefatiguelimit,stressdistribution,anddeformationbehaviorwereanalyzedbyfiniteelementanalysis(FEA)usingANSYSworkbenchsoftware.TheresultsoftheFEAshowedthatthehigheststressconcentrationwasfoundattheweldsandboltedjoints,whichcorrespondedtothemostcriticalfailurelocations.Therefore,thedesignoftheswingframewasoptimizedbymodifyingthedimensionsandgeometryoftheweldsandreinforcingtheboltedjoints.Aftertheoptimizationprocess,thestressconcentrationwassignificantlyreduced,andthefatiguestrengthoftheswingframewassubstantiallyimproved.Theproposedmethodcanbeappliedtoenhancethefatiguestrengthofotherload-bearingcomponentsofthewheeledloadertoincreasetheirservicelifeandperformance.
