Abstract:
Thedevelopmentofadvancedmaterialswithenhancedthermalconductivityhasbecomeanareaofinterestinvariousfields,includingelectronics,energystorage,andthermalmanagement.Inthisstudy,anovelsandwichcompositestructureconsistingofaluminum-silicon-aluminumdiamond-aluminum-siliconlayerswaspreparedandinvestigatedforitsthermalconductivityproperties.Thefabricationprocessandthermalconductivityperformancewerethoroughlystudied,andtheresultsdemonstratedsignificantimprovementscomparedtotraditionalcompositematerials.Thisresearchprovidesvaluableinsightsintothedesignanddevelopmentofhighthermalconductivitymaterialsforvariousapplications.
1.Introduction:
Thecontinuousminiaturizationofelectronicdevicesandtheincreasingdemandforeffectivethermalmanagementhavedriventheneedforadvancedmaterialswithexcellentthermalconductivity.Amongvariousmaterials,diamondstandsoutasanexceptionalthermalconductor.However,itshighcostandlimitedavailabilityrestrictitswidespreadapplication.Toovercomethesechallenges,sandwichcompositestructureshavebeendeveloped,combiningtheadvantagesofdiamondwithmoreaffordablematerials.Inthisstudy,analuminum-silicon-aluminumdiamond-aluminum-siliconsandwichcompositestructurewaspreparedandevaluatedforitsthermalconductivityproperties.
2.ExperimentalProcedure:
2.1MaterialPreparation:
Thealuminum-silicon-aluminumdiamond-aluminum-siliconsandwichcompositestructurewaspreparedusingalayer-by-layermethod.First,aluminumandsiliconpowdersweremixedinadesiredratioandpressedintothinsheets.Diamondparticlesweresynthesizedseparatelyusingthechemicalvapordeposition(CVD)techniqueandshapedintocorrespondingsheets.Thealuminum-siliconsheetswerethenstackedonbothsidesofthediamondsheet,formingasandwichstructure.Finally,thestructurewascompactedandsinteredundercontrolledconditions.

Thepreparedcompositestructurewasthoroughlycharacterizedusingvarioustechnique
