北京移动商业智能平台的分析与设计
摘要
商业智能是企业对商业数据的搜集、管理和分析的系统过程，目
的是使企业的各级决策者获得知识或洞察力，帮助他们做出对企业更
有利的决策，从技术层面上讲，BI是数据仓库、OLAP和数据挖掘等
技术的综合运用。目前，商业智能已经在电信行业获得了广泛的应用，
随着电信业的发展，许多电信公司建立了CRM、经营分析系统等大型
的信息系统，积累了大量的客户数据和信息，但是对数据和信息的提
取、分析、评估及应用于决策方面的问题目益增加，从而造成了大量
高价值的数据不能发挥效用。·
北京移动已经成功实施了CRM、BOSS和BASS系统，为了实现信
息系统之间数据向知识的转化，增强数据的提取、分析、评价和决策
应用，采用商业智能技术是一种比较好的选择。本文对商业智能关键
技术进行了分析与研究，对商业职能平台进行了设计。本文主要做了
以下工作：
分析商业智能在电信行业的应用和研究现状，从北京移动的信息
化现状出发，提出建设商业智能平台的目标和内容。
以北京移动已有的CRM、BOSS、BASS系统为背景，对商业智能平
台进行分析和设计，从数据源、业务和功能需求出发，设计了BMCCBI
平台，包括ETL部件、仓库部件、OLAP部件、调度系统和前台系统
五大模块，通过系统需求分析、系统设计、系统实施等内容展现了
BMCCBI平台分析和设计的全过程，在平台实施成功后，通过数据分
析和界面演示证明了平台的可用性。，
