Withthedevelopmentofcomputertechnology,thesimulationoffluiddynamicshasbecomeanimportanttoolinthefieldofengineering.Inthispaper,weproposethedevelopmentofaparameterfittingtoolforsimulatingtheflowfieldofaloaderusingthePythonlanguage.Thetoolaimstoimprovetheaccuracyoffluidflowsimulationsandassistengineersinoptimizingthedesignofloadersystems.Thetoolusesregressionanalysistofitthecalculatedflowfieldparameterswiththemeasureddata,andprovidesagraphicaluserinterfaceforeasyoperation.Theresultsdemonstratetheeffectivenessandefficiencyofthedevelopedtoolinsimulatingloaderflowfields.
1.Introduction
Theflowfieldofaloaderplaysacrucialroleinitsperformanceandefficiency.Understandingandsimulatingtheflowfieldenablesengineerstooptimizethedesignofloadersystemsandimprovetheiroperationalcharacteristics.Traditionalmethodsofsimulatingflowfieldsinvolvecomplexmathematicalequationsandcalculations,whicharetime-consumingandpronetoerrors.ThedevelopmentofaparameterfittingtoolusingPythonlanguagewillgreatlysimplifythesimulationprocessandimprovetheaccuracyoftheresults.
2.Methodology
