Abstract:
Withtherapidgrowthofdigitaldata,ensuringsecureanddecentralizeddatasharinghasbecomeacrucialrequirement.Thispaperproposesanovelapproachthatcombinesthresholdproxyre-encryption(TPR)andInterPlanetaryFileSystem(IPFS)toachievesecureanddecentralizeddatasharing.TheschemeleveragesTPRtohandledataencryptionanddecryptionoperations,ensuringprivacypreservationandaccesscontrolinadistributedmanner.IPFSisutilizedastheunderlyingprotocolfordecentralizedstorageandretrieval,enhancingdataavailability,integrity,andimmutability.Theproposedschemeoffersapracticalsolutionfororganizationsandindividualsaimingtoprotectsensitivedatawhilefacilitatingefficientdatasharing.
1.Introduction
Inrecentyears,theproliferationofdatabreachesandprivacyconcernshavefueledtheneedforrobustsecuritymeasuresindatasharingsystems.Centralizedapproachespresentnumerousvulnerabilities,allowingasinglepointoffailureandputtingsensitivedataatrisk.ThispaperaddressestheseissuesbyproposingadecentralizeddatasharingschemethatcombinesTPRandIPFS.Theschemeensuresprivacypreservation,accesscontrol,andreliablestoragethroughtheutilizationofthesetwotechnologies.
2.ThresholdProxyRe-encryption

TPRisacryptographicprimitivethatenablesathird-partyproxytoconvertciphertextfromonekeytoanother,withoutrevealingtheunderlyingplaintext.Intheproposedscheme,TPRisemployedtoenhanceaccesscontrolandprivacypreservation.Privatedataisencryptedwiththeuser'spublickeyandre-encryptedusingasharedproxykey.Onlyauthorizedusersholdingthecorrespondingprivatekeyscanaccessanddecryptthedata.
