Abstract:
Inrecentyears,thedevelopmentofunconventionaloilandgasresourceshasbecomeanimportantgoalintheenergysector.Oneofthekeychallengesinthedevelopmentoftheseresourcesistheeffectivedrainageandgasextractionfromthereservoir.Inthisstudy,weproposeanorthogonaloptimizationdesignforajetvortexcombineddrainageandgasextractiondevice,aimingtoenhancetheefficiencyandeffectivenessofdrainageandgasextraction.
1.Introduction:
Unconventionaloilandgasresources,includingshalegas,tightoil,andcoalbedmethane,havegreatreservesbutrequireadvancedtechniquesfortheirexploitation.Unconventionalreservoirshavelowpermeabilityandrequiretheapplicationofappropriatedrainageandgasextractionmethods.Thetraditionaldrainageandgasextractionmethodsoftenfailtoachievethedesiredresultsduetothecomplexgeologicalconditions.Therefore,innovativetechnologiesanddevicesareneededtoenhancethedrainageandgasextractionefficiencyinunconventionalreservoirs.
2.TheoreticalBackground:
Thejetvortexcombineddrainageandgasextractiondeviceisanoveltechnologythatutilizestheprinciplesofjetflowandvortexdynamicstoenhancethedrainageandgasextractionefficiency.Thedeviceconsistsofahigh-pressurejetnozzleandavortexgenerator.Thehigh-pressurejetcreatesastrongwaterflowthathelpsdislodgeandremovetrappedgasandoilfromthereservoir,whilethevortexgeneratorenhancestheflowpattern,promotingthegas-liquidseparationandimprovingthegasextractionefficiency.
3.Methodology:
Theorthogonaloptimizationdesignisusedtooptimizethekeyparametersofthejetvortexcombineddrainageandgasextractiondevice.Thekeyparametersincludethejetpressure,jetangle,vortexgeneratorgeometry,andflowrate.Theorthogonalarrayexperimentaldesignisemployedtoconductaseriesofexperiments,andtheimpactofeachparameteronthedrainageandgasextractionperformanceisevaluated.TheSignaltoNoise(S/N)ratioandAnalysisofVariance(ANOVA)areutilizedtoanalyzetheexperimentalresultsandidentifytheoptimalparametercombination.
