Abstract:
ThepresentstudyinvestigatesthestructuralandmagneticpropertiesofFe-Co-CultrafinealloypowderwithacompositionofFe_(60)Co_(20)C_(20).Theresearchaimstocomprehendthemorphology,crystalstructure,andmagneticbehaviorofthealloypowder.Thesamplesweresynthesizedviaapowdermetallurgyroute,followedbyadetailedcharacterizationusingvarioustechniquessuchasX-raydiffraction(XRD),transmissionelectronmicroscopy(TEM),andvibratingsamplemagnetometer(VSM).TheresultsrevealthepresenceofuniquestructuralcharacteristicsandsignificantmagneticpropertiesintheFe-Co-Cpowder.
1.Introduction:
Ultrafinealloypowdershavegarneredconsiderableattentionduetotheiruniquepropertiesandpotentialapplicationsinvariousfields,includingmagneticrecordingmedia,additivemanufacturing,andcatalysis.Fe-Co-Calloyshavereceivedagreatdealofinterestastheyexhibitexcellentmagneticproperties.ThisstudyaimstoprovidevaluableinsightsintothestructuralandmagneticfeaturesofFe_(60)Co_(20)C_(20)ultrafinealloypowder.
2.ExperimentalDetails:
TheFe-Co-Calloypowderwassynthesizedusingthepowdermetallurgytechnique.ThecompositionwaskeptatFe_(60)Co_(20)C_(20)tomaintainabalancedratio.Severalcharacterizationtechniqueswereemployedtoevaluatethestructuralandmagneticproperties,includingXRD,TEM,andVSM.

TEManalysisrevealsthatthesynthesizedFe-Co-CpowderconsistsofnanoparticleswithanaveragesizeofXnm.Themorphologyappearstobenearlyspherical,suggestingauniformdistribution.
3.2CrystalStructure:
XRDanalysiswasperformedtodeterminethecrystalstructureoftheFe-Co-Cpowder.Thediffractionpatternconfirmsthepresenceofasingle-phaseface-centeredcubic(FCC)structure.ThelatticeparameterobtainedfromtheXRDdataisconsistentwiththeliteraturevalues.
3.3MagneticProperties:
ThemagneticbehavioroftheFe-Co-CpowderwasinvestigatedusingVSManalysis.Thesaturationmagnetization(Ms)andcoercivity(Hc)valueswerefoundtobeYandZ,respectiv
