3．严格时限，加快推进。严格按照易地扶贫搬迁工作方案对各年度各阶段工作推进的时间要求，切实采取措施，加大推进力度，确保各年度工作任务能够在规定的时间节点前圆满完成。强化目标任务，继续推进目标任务倒逼机制，督促各乡镇、各部门严格按照时间节点要求，加快推进项目实施进度。
4．吃透政策，做实宣传。围绕我街道实施方案的内容，采取全方位、多角度、立体化的宣传方式，充分利用广播、电视、手机短信、__简讯、扶贫宣传栏等各种平台进行大力宣传，把建设方式（统规联建）、补助政策、贷款资金来等相关政策讲深讲透，把宣传工作做实做足，通过宣传发动，充分调动群众的积极性和主动性，使项目涉及群众主动参与到项目建设过程中来，充分发挥起群众建设的主体作用。
5．重视安全，平安建设。增强工程建设过程中的安全责任意识，在确保工程建设质量的同时，从安全生产监督部门抽调工作人员兼顾好安全施工的监督管理，要牢固树立“安全责任重于泰山”的思想意识，确保工程建设中无重大安全事故的发生。
