第一篇：中英文安全责任书(外企)中英文安全责任书（外企）安全环保消防责任书JobResponsibilityofSafety,EnvironmentandFireFighting为了加强对公司安全、环保、消防工作的管理，杜绝重大事故，减少工伤事故，落实安全责任，保证安全生产，根据《中华人民共和国消防法》和《机关、团体、企业、事业单位消防安全管理规定》的要求，本着“谁主管，谁负责”的原则，经公司最高管理层批准，特制订安全环保消防责任书，由各部门安全责任人与公司签订。在职期间，各安全责任人应作好以下工作:TheJobResponsibilityofSafety,EnvironmentandFireFightingaredrawnupaccordingtotherequirementsofnationallawsandwithconsiderationoftheprincipleof“Hewhoisresponsiblefortheworkisresponsibleforsafety”.Itaimsatenforcingsafety,environmentalprotectionandfirefightingmanagement,eliminatingsevereworkinjury,decreasinginjuryatwork,implementingWorkSafetyResponsibilityandkeepingworksafety.TheagreementhasbeenapprovedbytopmanagementandwillbesignedbetweendepartmentheadsandArnoldMagnetics(Shenzhen)Limited.Everydepartmentalheadmustperformthefollowingduties:1.对本部门的安全、环保、消防工作负全面责任。Befullyresponsibleforthesafety,environmentandfirefightingissuewithindepartment.2.执行公司安全生产、环境保护、防火等方面的各项规章制度和安全规程、指引,教育工人遵守安全操作规程和正确使用劳动防护用品,做到“三不伤害”（即不伤害他人，不伤害自己，不被他人伤害）。Implementthecompany’sregulationsonworksafety,environmentalprotectionandfireprevention,safetyproceduresandworkinstructions.TrainemployeetoobeysafetyoperationalprocedureandwearPPEproperly.Followtheprinciplesof“Donotinjureothersaswellashimselfandnotbeinginjuredbyothers”.3.负责组织新工、复工、换工人员的车间安全、环保、消防教育,组织工人积极参加公司的各种安全生产的宣传教育活动。Organizesafety,environmentandfirefightingtrainingforthenewcomer,theonewhoresumedworkortheonewhochangedhisposition.Organizetheworkerstotakepartinthesafetyactivities.4.坚持安全生产“五同时”（即在计划、布置、检查、总结、评比生产/工作任务时，须同时计划、布置、检查、总结、评比安全工作）,确保实现公司安全、环保目标指标,努力杜绝违章,防止工伤事故。Followtheprincipleofplanning,assigning,check,summaryandappraisalofproduction/worktasktogetherwithsafetyrequirementstoensuretheachievementofEHSobjectivesandtargets,preventtheviolationofregulationandavoidtheoccurrenceofworkinjury.5.坚持车间的安全检查,落实隐患整改措施,及时反馈安全信息。Conductregularsafetyinspectioninworkshop,implementthecorrectiveactionsforhiddenriskandreportsafetyinformationtotopmanagementintime.6.监督管辖区域内的消防器材的保管和使用,安排人员定期清洁。不
