第一篇：我国新农村生态文明建设问题的探究我国新农村生态文明建设问题的探究摘要党的十六届五中全会提出了建设社会主义新农村的重大历史任务，而农村生态文明建设则是建设社会主义新农村不可或缺的重要组成部份。在生态文明理念下，建设新农村就是要在新农村建设中将人与自然的关系纳入到经济社会发展目标中来统一考虑,将资源的接续能力和生态环境的容量作为经济建设的重要依据,推动农村经济社会发展与资源节约环境友好相互推动、相互协调。当前，我国农村生态环境状况却不容乐观，污染十分严重。为此，必须加快农村生态文明建设的步伐，建设良好的农村人居生态环境,提升农村和农业的可持续发展能力,以转变农业发展方式、调整产业结构和保证生态安全为总体目标,努力实现农村物质文明、精神文明、政治文明与生态文明的和谐发展。本文就我国农村的生态文明建设问题从四个部分进行了简要的分析与研究。最后按照理论联系实际的原则从五个方面提出了完善农村生态文明建设的措施，诸如完善农村环境宣传教育体系、完善农村环境保护法律法规和环境管理体制、加强对乡镇企业的污染控制、大力发展农业循环经济等。关键词：农村；生态文明；环境保护ResearchontheConstructionofChina'sRuralEcologicalCivilizationAbstractBuildinganewsocialistcountrysideisamajorhistorictaskproposedduringtheFifthSessionoftheSixteenthCentralCommitteeoftheCPC(CommunistPartyofChina),andbuildingecologicalcivilizationofthenewcountrysideisanindispensablecomponentofit.Guidedbyecologicalcivilization,buildinganewsocialistcountrysidemeansthatrelationshipbetweenmanandnatureshouldbeincludedwithintheeconomicandsocialdevelopmentgoalsandresourcecontinuityandthecapacityofecologicalenvironmentshouldbetakenasimportantfactorsforevaluatingeconomicconstructioninordertopromotethecoordinationofruraleconomicandsocialdevelopmentandtheenvironment.Atpresent,ruralecologicalenvironmentinourcountryisnotingoodstateandhassufferedgreatpollution.Therefore,weshouldquickenthepaceoftheconstructionofecologicalcivilization,theconstructionofasoundecologicalenvironment,promotethesustainabilityofthecountrysideandtheagriculture,transformagriculturedevelopmentmode,adjusttheindustrialstructureandguaranteetheoverallgoalofecologicalsafetysoastorealizetheharmoniousdevelopmentofthematerialcivilization,politicalcivilization,spiritualcivilizationandecologicalcivilization.Thispapercentersontheanalysisandresearchofruralecologicalcivilizationconstruction.Inthelastpart,theauthorputsforwardfivemeasurestoperfectruralecologicalcivilizationconstructionbyfollowingtheprincipleoflinkingtheorywithpractice,suchasperfectingpropagandasystemofruralenvironmentprotection,perfectinglawofenvironmentalprotectio
