第一篇：李克强在2010年世界经济论坛年会上的特别致辞(英文版)BuildaCommonFuturethroughCooperationandInclusivenessandPromoteSoundRecoveryandSustainedDevelopmentoftheWorldEconomySpecialMessageattheWorldEconomicForumAnnualMeeting2010,byLiKeqiang,VicePremieroftheStateCouncilofthePeople'sRepublicofChinaatDavos,January28,2010ProfessorKlausSchwab,ExecutiveChairmanoftheWorldEconomicForum,Ladiesandgentlemen,ItgivesmegreatpleasuretocometoDavos,Switzerland.Thoughitiswinter,herewefeelthespringofthecomingeconomicrecovery.Thisisthe40thannualmeetingoftheWorldEconomicForum.AnditremindsmeofwhatConfucius,thegreatancientChinesephilosopher,oncesaidover2000yearsago,“whenonebecomes40,hewillnolongersufferfromperplexity,”meaningthatwhenonereachesmaturityinage,hewillhaveabroadervisionandbemoreopen-minded.Ittellsusthatweshouldhaveamplewisdomtobetterunderstandanddealwiththecomplicatedworldaswegathertodayatthisannualmeetingtodiscussimportantissuesonpost-crisisdevelopmentoftheworldeconomyunderthetheme“Rethink,Redesign,Rebuild.”Itembodiesthespiritofcooperationandinnovation.Thismeetingishighlyrelevantasithelpstopoolthewisdomandstrengthofallto“improvethestateoftheworld.”Inthepastyear,facingthesevereimpactoftheinternationalfinancialcrisis,theChineseGovernmentmadetheresolutedecisionandtooktimelymeasurestoimplementapackageplanaimedatmaintainingsteadyandfastgrowth,andoureffortsresultedinquickeconomicreboundandrecovery.Growingdomesticdemandhasplayedacriticalroleinmakingitareality.China'sGDPgrewby8.7percentin2009,whereingrowingdomesticdemandcontributed12.6percentagepoints,makingupforthelossof3.9percentagepointscausedbycontractionofexternaldemand.Investmentandconsumptionrespectivelycontributed8and4.6percentagepoints,showingastrongmomentumofhome-drivengrowthintheChineseeconomy.Meanwhile,oureconomicgrowthisopeninnature.China'simportsofgoodstotaled$1,005.6billionlastyearanditstradesurplusdroppedbynearly$100billionover2008,makingittheworld'ssecondlargestimporterandthelargestemergingmarket.Withanincreaseof$3
