OneimportantaspectofFigure1.20isthefactthatasthetrafficintensityapproaches1,theaveragequeuingdelayincreasesrapidly.Asmallpercentageincreaseintheintensitywillresultinamuchlargerpercentage-wiseincreaseindelay.
