江苏白龙马面业有限公司债务重组问题研究.docx

摘要
随着近年来我国对外开放步伐加快，证券市场快速发展，民营企业纷纷成立，逐渐发展扩大。民营企业的建立和发展对促进我国地方经济发展和企业经济发展具有重要作用，对社会稳定具有重大影响。我国上市公司面临着资产负债率高、债务结构不完善、效率低下、债务负担沉重等诸多问题。在证券交易所，债务重组是解决过度负债问题的有效途径。
本文通过借鉴相关债务重组理论的基础上，对现有公司债务重组的影响进行了分析，以江苏白龙马面业有限公司债务重组为案例，展开分析和研究，得出了一些结论和教训，全文共分为五个章节。第一章节是绪论，主要对本课题研究的背景、研究现状和意义进行阐述。第二章节主要是对债务重组相关理论进行介绍，其中介绍了债务重组的定义和方式。第三部分主要阐述了江苏白龙马面业有限公司案例和现状。第四部分根据江苏白龙马面业有限公司现状进行具体分析产生的问题及原因。第五部分是对于江苏白龙马面业有限公司的改进建议。提出完善企业内部结构、完善公司会计结构、注重中介机构发展、加强政府监管等建议。以期给其他过渡负债的债务困难企业一些借鉴和启发。

Abstract
