中山市齐家家具有限公司的成本控制问题研究

摘要：在企业间生死搏斗的今天，成本控制早已经成为企业提升利润的不二法门。在家具加工行业只有不断地、科学的降低成本消耗，才能在如今信息高度公开的时代，继续提升利润空间。所以家具的成本控制的地位至关重要。当前我国各个家具企业的成本管理虽然在逐步的完善，但是在发展的过程中也发现了一些存在的问题。本文从我国中山市齐家家具有限公司的经济管理方面入手，同时结合中山市齐家家具有限公司的产品成本管理现状展开论述。阐述了中山市齐家家具有限公司在家具的直接成本和间接成本管理在某些方面存在的不足，最后寻求出了一套令企业满意的决策方案，从根本上降低家具加工和运送的成本，从而提升中山市齐家家具有限公司市场的竞争能力。

Abstract:intheenterpriselifeanddeathstrugglebetweenthetoday,costcontrolhavebecomethekeytoenterpriseimproveprofits.Infurnitureprocessingindustryonlybycontinuously,scientificreducecostconsumption,cannowintheeraofhighpublicinformation,continuetoimproveprofitsspace.Sothecostcontrolthepositionofthefurnitureisveryimportant.Thecurrentourcountryeachfurnitureenterprisecostmanagementintheperfectthoughgradually,butintheprocessofdevelopmentalsofoundsomeexistingproblems.Thispaperrecitingzhongshanlimitedcompanyoffurnitureofeconomicmanagement,andcombiningwiththefoundingofzhongshancityfurnitureCo.,LTDproductcostmanagementpresentsituationdiscussed.ExpoundsitszhongshanfurnitureCo.,LTDinthedirectcostsofthefurnitureandindirectcostmanagementinsomeaspectsoftheshortcomingsoftheexisting,andfinallytoseekoutamaketheenterprisesatisfactorydecision-makingplan,radicallyreducefurnitureprocessingandshippingcosts,soastoenhancethefoundingzhongshanfurnitureCo.,LTDthemarketcompetitionability.
