Inadditiontothat,poorformsofhomeworkareplayinganegativeroleineducation.Forexample,myEnglishteacheralwaysasksustocopynewwordsupto100-150wordseverytime.Actually,intheclass,myclassmatesandIhaveaccuratelyrememberedtheseandweevenmakeuseoftheminsomesentencesandspeeches.Althoughweaskedtheteachertocalloffthekindofhomeworkbecauseofawasteoftime,theteacherrefusedus.Gradually,wearefedupwiththeformofhomeworkandevensickofthesubjectandtheteacher.Obviously,thewaysofhomework(e.g.copyingsomeformula,factsornewwords)killschoolchildren’stimeandburntheirgooddesireforstudy.
